Quick Flavorful Cilantro Sauce

Where do I begin? I had a ton of cilantro from my garden and I had no idea what to do with all of it! I decided to make this super quick and flavorful cilantro sauce!

I actually ended up adding a little too much water, so it was pretty liquid-y, but it worked out nicely to marinade some salmon filets and I used it on my salads!

Here’s what you’re going to need:

  1. Handful or bunch of cilantro
  2. A few garlic chives (the more you use, the more of a spice/bite it gives the sauce)
  3. Lime juice
  4. Garlic powder, salt, pepper, and water
  5. You’ll also need a blender or food processor if you want it to look just like mine – but you could also just hand chop everything finely and whisk it all together.
  6. oh! You’ll need a jar or container, too!

So how do you make it? Just throw it all in the blender and pulse it until everything is the consistency you’d like!
