  • 2 Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 tbsp Garlic oil


  1. Stab the squash with a knife or fork

  2. Microwave for 3-5 minutes to soften

  3. Cut squash in half and remove the insides

  4. Spread oil on the hollow inside and place face down on a baking sheet

  5. Place in the oven at 385F until it is soft to the touch (about 30 minutes)

  6. Remove and let cool

  7. Use a fork to rake the squash!
